Bi-monthly Plan Administrator Communication
As part of our ongoing commitment to our customers, we reach out to each employer within our book of business on a bi-monthly basis. Our administrator calls each group to make sure they are up to date with any billing or claims questions from their employees. We also check to see if a group needs to add any new hires to their voluntary benefit plan. Our agency wants to make sure each new employee has the opportunity to access their available benefits.
In addition to the bi-monthly administration call, we will schedule an annual open enrollment for each employer. Most of our benefit packages offer pre-tax opportunities to employees. By regulation, pre-tax benefit packages are offered to employees during the same open enrollment period each year. We keep track of each employers annual open enrollment period and schedule accordingly.
